An intertextual study of The Book of Mormon

I currently am a guest blogger over at Wheat and Tares. The past post I did treated all about the role of the title of the Book of Mormon in impacting upon how the book is read. Some of the comments in it has made me reflect upon the narrative and editorial role that Mormon played in composing the Book of Mormon, and the series of choices that he made in writing it. I am then going here to document my studies into the Book of Mormon and a series of posts that explore the role of intertextuality in how the Book of Mormon is read and understood this will be in conjunction with looking at the editorial decisions made by Mormon and what he was trying to convey to his future readers. This will be in conjunction with my re-reading of it in preparation for being a counsellor at EFY.
